it was kinda fun in the start but get kinda annoying after a couple of chapters. especially chapter 7

after reading this i finally understand why i like cultivation novels, without the arrogance and flaunting faceslapping just doesnt feel the same

This is surprisingly good. Really funny so far! Charming characters and the art is pretty awesome too.

Why're people so critical of this manga? As an avid reader of trash power fantasy this is at least on par with a lot of its competition, competition that somehow ranks a fair chunk higher. Is it because the MC is completely clueless? It gets old quick, sure, but I'm just happy he's not the regular short black hair, slightly edgy, self-insert clone.

@soapyocean Exactly. This isn't The Prince, Sense and sensibility, or Don Quixote. It's a barebones comedy fantasy power fantasy manga. People really need to temper their expectations. I don't think anyone should come to Mangadex looking for John Milton or Keats levels of writing.

I second that. Lately, whenever is see that type of character on the cover of an Isekai I find it hard not to cringe.
